Craft Gin
A traditional Juniper Berry forward dry gin. Vapour infusion of 10 botanicals selected from around the world and blended in our distiller’s secret recipe gives this gin its unique aroma and taste.
Juniperus communis, known as Juniper Berry, is the dominant of 10 botanicals in this African gin. Included in our distiller’s secret recipe is Angelica Root, Orris Root, Coriander, Lemon Peel, Cassia Bark, Grains of Paradise, Cubeb Berries, Cardamom and Liquorice.
This Juniper forward gin makes a great base is any gin cocktail or served as a traditional Gin & Tonic mixed with an Indian Tonic Water, ice and lemon garnish or other flavoured tonic mixer of your choice.
Distinctly citrus with sweet floral undertones. Vapour infusion of 12 botanicals selected from around the world, including Ruby Grapefruit and Orange Blossoms.
In addition to Ruby Grapefruit and Orange Blossoms is a distiller’s secret blend of 10 other botanicals, namely Juniper Berry, Angelica Root, Orris Root, Coriander, Cardamom, Sarsaparilla Root, Lemon Peel, Sweet Orange Peel, Bitter Orange Peel and Lime Blossoms, giving this gin a distinct citrus base with a sweet floral aroma.
A naturally flavourful and aromatic gin should always be allowed to express itself, so we suggest experiencing this gin mixed with a standard Indian Tonic Water, garnished with a slice of ruby grapefruit and sprig of fresh mint.

Mhlonyane
Artemisia afra, known as mhlonyane, is a soft aromatic herb found from the very southern tip of Africa as far north as Ethiopia. It is one of the most widely used medicinal plants in the region, known for its relaxing properties.
In addition to mhlonyane is a distiller’s secret blend of 10 other botanicals, namely Juniper Berry, Angelica Root, Orris Root, Coriander, Cardamom, Sweet Orange Peel, Bilberry, Sloe Berry, Cubeb Berry and Elderflower, giving this gin fruity and floral undertones.
A naturally flavourful and aromatic gin should always be allowed to express itself so we suggest experiencing this gin mixed with a standard Indian Tonic Water garnished with a twist of lemon and sprig of rosemary.
Craft Vodka
Produced from a grain fermentation, triple distilled and then trickle gravity filtered through a bed of activated charcoal. This is followed by a second heating and aeration process to create a smooth neutral spirit in a true handcrafted tradition.
A great base for any vodka cocktail or served with lemonade and garnish of lime.
Craft Rum
A traditional dark rum made from a fermentation of molasses from sugarcane grown on the East Coast of KwaZulu-Natal in South Africa. Matured in an American Oak quarter cask with the addition of French Oak staves, the result is a dark rum that is mellow and smooth with a unique flavour and aroma.
Matured in single American Oak quarter casks with the addition of French Oak stave chips to create a single barrel, single batch per barrel of dark Rum limited to 90 bottles.
Best sipped neat, on the rocks, or with your favourite rum mixer.
Spirit Aperitif
A mix of (RU)m and g(IN).
A unique Spirit Aperitif consisting of a blend of spicy gin and a touch of dark rum. An aromatic gin with a strong spice component with the added influence and colour of oak matured dark rum.
The gin component makes up the majority of the Spirit Aperitif and is based on the vapour infusion of 15 botanicals including Juniper Berry, Angelica Root, Orris Root, Sarsaparilla Root, Coriander, Cardamom, Sweet Orange Peel, Orange Blossom, Vanilla, Cloves, Cinnamon, Black Pepper Corns, Star Anise, Nutmeg and Ginger. The spice botanical selection is derived from the spices used to make a spiced rum.
